The City of Kenosha Police Department is holding a two-day seminar on March 28, 2015 and April 4, 2015 to educate and assist Landlords implement the Crime-Free Multi-Housing Program. This program is designed to help Landlords keep their rental properties crime-free and better protect neighborhoods and communities from crime.
